Fashion and Beauty magazines often include trends, runways, designers, the best skincare, makeup, and more. Fashion is near the top of my interests, and I take pleasure in going shopping, looking at the latest releases, and what celebrities are wearing. I believe that a good skincare routine is very important, so I take my time in researching good skincare brands and products.
Elle Magazine is one of the largest fashion and beauty magazines. Famous models, artists, actors, and more have been featured on the cover. I chose this specific cover because of the colors and layout. It tells you the featured articles without being overcrowded and the colors all flow together.
Home Interior:
Home interior magazines feature furniture, color palettes, trending colors, etc. I often look at interior design magazines for inspiration and whenever I go to furniture stores, I like to picture what a room would look like with different designs.
Style at Home is one of Canada's largest home design magazines. This specific issue features kitchens and tells readers what's popular in interior design.
Food:
Food magazines list recipes, alternatives, the best restaurants, and popular chefs. Personally, I love cooking and looking at different recipes so food magazines are right up my alley. In the mood board, I showcase a variety of colorful dishes that not only look good, but taste good too.
The Food Network is one of the most well-known sources for recipes. Their magazine displays recipes from the chefs featured on the Food Network T.V. channel. I enjoy watching the Food Network and trying out the recipes.
Gardening:
Gardening magazines cover outdoor architecture, different kinds of plants, what the needs of plants are, and some may even give recipes readers can make out of home-grown foods. I would love to have a garden one day so I enjoy looking at other gardens for inspiration and learning what kinds of plants grow best in certain areas.
