Magazine Name Ideas

A magazine's name is arguably one of the most important aspects of a magazine. A good title will attract readers, encompass the genre, and be memorable. Since my genre is food, I have come up with 6 possible name ideas.

  1. In the Kitchen

  2. For Foodies

  3. In the Oven

  4. La Cuisine Magazine

  5. Floured

  6. A Pinch of Salt

I choose these names because they all have to do with food. They're short but still catchy. "In the Kitchen" and "In the Oven" are the same idea but the latter specifies baking something while "In the Kitchen" is vaguer. "For Foodies" uses the same beginning sound which makes it flow. I also like how it addresses the readers by what they have in common: liking food. "La Cuisine Magazine" is mostly in French because it makes it seem more sophisticated than it would be in English. Plus, it rhymes which could make readers remember it better. "Floured" and "A Pinch of Salt" both have to do with ingredients. They're specific, simple, and they let the reader know the genre. Overall, these magazine name ideas are all strong contenders for differing aspects.
